Hiring Web Developer (Richmond)

6folds Marketing Inc. is an online marketing and web design company based in Vancouver. Our goal is to simplify client solutions and to bring their business further. We specialize in web design and development, internet marketing, corporate branding, and print media. We are now looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and creative individuals to join our fun and lively environment.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR: A web developer (with a good sense of design and technical skills) to join our team. The web developer will take part in developing new websites and maintaining existing ones.

Primary Responsibilities: - Develop and work with CMS/HTML based websites - Program dynamic codes (PHP and jQuery) - Troubleshoot, test and resolve website issues - Create reusable and well-commented codes based on W3C standards - Install and configure CMS (WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal) - Ensure cross browser compatibility and standards compliance

Qualifications and Requirements: - Experience with WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal - College or web development diploma or 1 year of experience as a webmaster - Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP and MySQL - Experience with Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash - Demonstrate strong technical and problem solving leadership - Willing to learn and work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment - Ability to communicate with non-technical team members - Motivated to work in a growing small business
