Part-time, at home PHP worker (Coquitlam)

Small programming firm looking for casual, part-time PHP programmer. University grad with background in IT who wants to work from home. Overseas eduction is good, new immigrants please apply! :-)

You are: - Friendly, neat and efficient - Enjoy programming - Like collaborative projects - Have 5-20 hours per month spare time - Can deliver accurate work within reasonable deadlines

Tasks include: - Debugging website themes for Wordpress, Joomla, etc. - Installation of plug-ins, sliders - Editing menus to allow drop-downs, similar tasks

Minimum requirements: - University degree in computer science or similar with demonstrated skills using PHP at intermediate level or higher - At least two references that can be contacted by phone or signed references from overseas professors or employers

Pay and perks - Starting rate is $20 per hour or more depending on current salary and/or experience (ie: if you make $35/hour at work and have a Masters in System Design) - Work with other professionals - Possible full-time management job at some point - Work from home in your own schedule
