ZAG is currently looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our current team. The successful applicant will love phone sales and will be provided with warm leads list and product line that has growth rate of 500%. Base will be provided along with an uncapped commissions plan.This job is for you if you are…• Enthusiastic and fearless about selling to new customers• An extremely motivated and confident person with an outgoing personality and great people skills• Able to work self supervised, set goals and achieve them without too much external pressure• Work well with other team members and enjoy doing so.
Responsibilities • You will officially oversee inbound consumer sales, and actively manage outbound b2b sales to retailers.• In this role you will be in charge of several key accounts, the position will be 80% office based telesales, to existing clients, leads provided.• Your role will also include leading and participating in large volume wholesaler and distributor relationships and agreements. • Plan effective sales campaigns and target existing account base to proactively grow accounts and extend revenue.• A capacity for active-listening; you emphasize and understand the customer, knowing when to listen and when to lead.• Note: This position does not require cold calls.
Requirements • 3+ years sales experience (B2B sales experience preferred) • Demonstrated history of closing business opportunities and consistently meeting and exceeding sales target• Strong closing skills and an ability to overcome objections• Demonstrable phone and in person-based selling skills • Successful experience in prospecting and qualifying complex sales leads• Experience using MS Word, Excel, CRM, and Outlook • Experience with tradeshows and/or working with Consumer Package Goods (CPG) is a plus but not a requirement• Assertive, action-oriented, results-oriented, closing techniques • Competitive driven with a disciplined work ethic
Compensation Base, plus uncapped commission.
