JOB DESCRIPTION: As the Identification Services Coordinator you will be contributing to the financial success and growth of the organization through the provision of our Identification Services to our clients, security professionals and general public. Your key responsibilities will be to coordinate and administer the day to day activities of the identification services offices in Vancouver and Surrey. Through your excellent customer service skills you will provide processing and tracking of finger prints, police and other high level clearances while supporting the values of the organization.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Efficient delivery of all identification service offerings including; police clearances, fingerprinting, public works clearances, pardons, US waivers and future new offerings. • Ensures that applications are completed accurately • Facilitates Pardon Services Requests and U.S. Waivers • Liaises with various institutions and organizations relating to clearances and fingerprinting issues • Ensures the security and privacy of all documents

Maintains processes that support efficient and cost-effective operations of the department. • Documents all services for invoicing purposes • Ensures accurate handling of all financial transactions • Liaises with fingerprinting lead division as required (Ottawa) • Contributes to the success of the department by maintaining general operations • Liaises with Supervisor/Management regarding the day-to-day operations of identification services • Investigates and resolves problems as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES • 2 years' experience in a customer service, retail and/or security role • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Proficient computer skills and software knowledge of MS Office including excel • Holds a valid BC Drivers license in good standing • Professional interpersonal and customer service skills • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic environment • Excellent organization, time management • Flexible and adaptable to change • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills • Strong administrative skills • Ability to deal with the public • Ability to successfully complete security clearances (Public Works level 2) • Willingness to travel between the Vancouver and Surrey offices • Multiple language skills would be an asset
