Create, upgrade and refine our custom .NET apps, web apps, services and apis used to server over 6 billion page views per month.  Architect and develop solutions based on different design algorithms to a set of highly complex problems. Take pride in the quality of your work, continuously deploying test-driven code, and making a difference every day. Building high-performance, mission-critical applications. We’re small enough that you can make a real impact on what we develop. Understand current web technologies and application structure from end-to-end Provide analysis, recommendations, and solutions to improve performance, security and scalability of software and services. Share. We have a highly collaborative environment and we want you to share your expertise, make everyone else better and facilitate constant learning. Be on call during off-hours to deal with critical systems issues and outages.

What does our ideal candidate look like?

Expert level C#, ASP.NET, SQL, Javascript and CSS programming skills. Have at least 7 years of industry experience in building mid to large scale web application. Have a demonstrated proficiency with a range of Microsoft platform based systems products, including: Windows Server, Visual Studio, MS SQL Server, Internet Information Services (IIS). Be an excellent written and verbal communicator; capable of dealing directly and confidently with systems administrators, project managers and client stakeholders. Be organized and able to effectively deal with multiple concurrent account-abilities. Love technology and always be proactively working to stay abreast of the latest in hardware and software developments. Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to figure out and document complex systems. Be an expert in Security and high volume high scalable environments. Be self-directed and able to work with minimal guidance.
